Renting My House, Again!

I was reading a web page that said for sale by owner Memphis. I have been looking for a good web site that I can advertise the house I have for rent on. The house I am renting is not in Memphis, it is in Detroit. It is a house that I lived in myself for over ten years. It is a three bedroom ranch style home that is built on a slab, so you can bounce a basketball in any room without it reverberating throughout the home. The house was a bit run down, so I rented it to a guy who was a fixer upper. I gave him a heavy discount on the price of the home, I only charged him $250 a month for a one year agreement. In return, he was to fix up the house by painting both the inside and outside. He is a painter by profession, so he did a really good job a the painting. It should make renting it out in the future easy.

Buying Algarve property

We are thinking of buying an Algarve property over the coming weeks…It’s a really stunning area and me and my wife Jane have been travelling there on and off for the past 3 yeara. We nromally take a direct flight into Faro airport, and rent an Algarve property for a week or two. We thought we could rent forever, buy have decided to take the plunge and buy our own property. We will probably buy in Vilamoura. Its a centrally located area, not too far from the airport, in fact it will only take 20 mins to get there. We would recommend buying there to anyone
