I Needed to Take Back Time

Our Experience With Real Estate Investing

My husband and I were looking for a way to generate passive income and we heard an ad on the radio about a Real Estate Investing course.

The ad directed us to a seminar (“pitch fest”) which was hosted in a local hotel. 

We were sold on the pitch and paid for the three day course.  Our real estate investing career was underway. 

Unfortunately, after spending many, many hours seeking loans and many, many hours touring homes and making offers, we have not yet secured our first real estate “deal” however, we continue to see the value in investing in real estate for passive income and hope to report very soon on our first deal!
