One of the changes I was going to make on my house this month was buy a new roof. the old roof is currently leaking in eight different places. The idea for getting a new roof, and making lots of improvements was my visit to my friend Ted’s home. Two months ago Ted had looked into some of the havelock north real estate that was for sale.
