Chateaux For Sale In France

When looking at houses for sale in France, chateaux are a wonderful choice in property. It is possible to buy a chateau with an operating business such as wine production or farming for added income. Some of the chateaux for sale date back as far as the 10th century but still have original features such as parquet floors or stone fireplaces. Most chateaux sit on at least one hectare (acre) of land and include guest houses, barns and out buildings. Price ranges vary due to the amount of restoration that is needed, making purchasing a chateau a worthy and profitable investment.
